purposes. Do not reproduce without permission.

2. Products & Services - Our products are performance auto parts and related services (injector cleaning,
engine tuning). - Any technical advice, tuning instructions, or modifications are used at your own risk. - We
do not guarantee performance improvements or results. - Products and services are intended for users 18
years or older. Parental supervision is required for minors.

3. Accounts & Security - Accounts may be required to access certain services or make purchases. - You are
responsible for account security.

4. Payments - Payments accepted: Discover, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, PayPal. - Transactions are processed
via third-party providers; Town Haul Performance does not store payment card information.

5. Returns & Refunds - Physical products: See our Return & Refund Policy. - Certain products, including
electrical/electronic components and items that have been installed, are non-returnable. - Services and
custom work: Non-refundable once performed.

6. Liability - Town Haul Performance is not liable for vehicle damage, tuning errors, or any loss resulting
from use of our products, services, or advice. - Customers assume full responsibility for installation and use
of all products and services.

7. Intellectual Property - All content, images, logos, and technical instructions on this website are the
property of Town Haul Performance and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

8. Indemnification - You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Town Haul Performance from any
claims, damages, or losses arising from misuse of products, services, or digital content.

9. Modification of Policies - Town Haul Performance reserves the right to modify these policies at any time.
The most recent effective date is displayed at the top of each policy.

10. Governing Law - These Terms are governed by the laws of Illinois, USA. - Any disputes will be resolved
in courts located in Illinois.

1. Data We Collect - Emails, account info, cookies, and analytics. - Payment information is handled by thirdparty processors.

2. How We Use Data - To process orders, provide services, and send promotional emails (if opted in). - To improve website experience and track analytics.

3. Third Parties - We may share information with service providers (PayPal, payment processors, shipping carriers) only as needed.

4. User Rights - Access, correct, or request deletion of your personal info by contacting us at Sales@Townhaulperformance.com.

5. Marketing & Email Opt-Out - You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails or contacting us directly.

We use cookies for site functionality, analytics, and marketing. Users can manage cookie preferences via browser settings.  By using our site, you consent to our cookie usage.

- Domestic (USA) only.
- Orders processed within 2–5 business days.
- Shipping carriers are not liable for delays, damage, or loss once shipped.
- Customers are responsible for shipping injectors or parts sent to Town Haul Performance for service.

Physical Products - Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. - Items must be unused and in original packaging. - Custom, used, installed, or electrical/electronic parts are non-returnable. This includes any part that has been installed in a vehicle.

Services (Injector Cleaning / Tuning) - No refunds after service is performed.

Digital Products (Downloads / ECU Files) - Non-refundable once download is complete. - All digital downloads are licensed for personal use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or modified. - Use of digital content is at the customer’s own risk.

Injector cleaning and tuning services are performed as-is.

We do not guarantee flow improvement, horsepower gains, or emissions compliance.

Customers assume responsibility for installation, vehicle operation, and any modifications. 

Products and services are intended for off-road or racing use unless otherwise stated.
